Diamond Composites Balance heat flow with expansion
For thermal designers who need diamond's heat conduction in a matrix that suits their package and joining route.

Composite matrices to compare

Copper–Diamond Composite
Diamond particles in copper, developed for thermal components.

Aluminum–Diamond Composite
Diamond particles in an aluminium matrix, for thermal components.

Silver–Diamond Composite
A silver matrix with diamond, aimed at balancing heat conduction and package expansion.

Diamond–Silicon Carbide Composite

Common questions
All questionsHow do I choose between copper, aluminium, silver and silicon carbide composites?
Each matrix balances conductivity, expansion, weight and electrical behaviour differently. Share your thermal and expansion targets, geometry and joining method. We compare options in technical review.
Can diamond content predict composite performance?
No. Conductivity, expansion and electrical behaviour depend on formulation and processing, not diamond content alone. Values are confirmed for your application before supply.
What do you need from me to quote a composite?
Matrix material, thermal and expansion targets, dimensions, flatness, surface finish or plating, and how the part will be joined. A drawing helps. Evaluation samples may be agreed where appropriate.
